Inbox Business Technologies is currently seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join our team in the Information Technology and Services industry. As a Principal Software Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of software solutions, working on advanced technology and designing software architecture for our projects. You will play a crucial role in guiding and mentoring our team of software developers, and you will be responsible for improving the quality of our products. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain software solutions. Lead development teams in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions. Mentor and guide teams of software developers to ensure quality software is delivered on schedule. Participate in project planning and development, including requirements definition and software architecture design. Develop and implement high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software solutions meet business requirements. Work with customers to understand their needs and provide them with software solutions that exceed their expectations. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. 10+ years of experience in software development. Strong proficiency in Java, C#, and other programming languages. Experience working with databases and SQL. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience leading and mentoring teams of software developers. Knowledge of software architecture design patterns and principles. Experience with agile software development methodologies.
