Description
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure services in the Copilot Studio Runtime. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver end-to-end scenarios that span Azure, M365, and Power Platform ecosystems. - Mentor and guide engineers across the team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, inclusion, and continuous learning. - Partner with PMs and leadership to align engineering investments with product vision and customer needs. - Champion engineering best practices, including CI/CD, observability, and operational excellence. - Partner with Data Science and AI experts to transform what it means to build AI-first SaaS. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python - OR equivalent experience. - 4+ years experience in service development, successfully shipping software across multiple releases in a SaaS environment. - Proven track record of technical leadership and delivering complex projects at scale. - Proficiency in C#, .NET, or equivalent languages and frameworks. - Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms. Preferred Qualifications: - Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python - OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 12+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python - OR equivalent experience. - Experience creating AI-centric software and services, and familiarity with AI-based orchestration and agent capabilities. - Experience building scalable applications and services on Azure or other scalable cloud platforms with robust reliability, resliency, security, and performance. - Solid understanding of identity, access control, and secure service design. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across teams and disciplines.
