Description

Design, implement, test, deploy, maintain, and improve our software components and services. Lead initiatives to deliver complex features, substantially improve product quality, and transform operations within the team. Pioneer the use state-of-the-art new technologies. Lead code reviews to ensure all quality standards are met and by modeling best practices. Work with Product Managers, Architects and UX Designers to design and specify new features from the engineering standpoint. Develop software that empowers customers to optimize their business processes. Identify need for internal tools that improve the teams' quality and productivity, and lead their implementation. Embody our Culture and Values Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. Master's degree in computer science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field AND 12+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python 1+ years' of hands on experience with generative AI OR LLM (Large Language Models)/ML (Machine Learning)
