We are looking for excellent engineers who are strong in C++ and Windows application development who can take the product to customers with high quality and eye-catching features. The team is to embark on a journey to own and drive the transformation of our experiences on Windows to be simple, delightful, and new Users interacting surface areas of anything that ships with Windows are in the purview of this team! Influence and align the product vision by collaborating with customers, partners, product management and engineering teams. Mentoring a team of high-caliber Software Engineers, ensuring project and development excellence and technical leadership Deliver high quality results with full ownership and take the product to next level Create a strong team culture of engineering excellence, customer passion, collaboration, diversity and inclusion. And of course, having fun too! Hire and develop the best 15+ years of total experience designing, building and shipping software at scale and at least including 5+ years of experience in modern app development using XAML/WinUI and C/C++. OR equivalent experience. Solid design, coding, debugging, teamwork, partnership and communication skills Proven ability to find a shippable solution given conflicting and ambiguous requirements. Excellent Technical skills in Driving Design, Architecture with cross product and services dependencies. Ability to Drive Innovation with customer obsession. C++ design/architecture skills with expertise in Windows development. Experience with cross group design and coordination is an advantage. You must be self-driven, curious to learn, proactive, and result-oriented.
