Set Technical Vision: Define and drive the architecture for scalable, extensible CRM platforms and services, ensuring reliability, security, and long-term agility. Lead AI-First Transformation: Spearhead the integration of advanced AI/ML capabilities—including Copilot experiences, predictive analytics, and personalized insights—across the CRM ecosystem. Drive Agentic Workflows: Pioneer agentic and automation-first solutions that streamline sales, marketing, and service operations. Engineering Excellence: Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, performance, and security. Lead critical design reviews and influence technical direction across organizations. Cross-Org Collaboration: Align with stakeholders and partner teams to ensure roadmap execution, business impact, and delivery of high-value outcomes. Mentorship & Culture: Foster a growth mindset and inclusive culture, mentoring engineers and championing clarity, impact, and collaboration. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a proven record of technical leadership at scale. Deep expertise in cloud technologies, distributed systems, and enterprise-grade architecture. Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, distributed systems and delivering business-critical platforms. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 12+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 15+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with a proven record of technical leadership at scale. Experience with CRM/Marketing platforms, customer data models, and enterprise integration patterns. Proficient thought leadership in AI/ML, agentic systems, or large-scale SaaS. Professional communication, influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
