We are currently seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join our Engineering Department in New Malden who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional environments and brings technical skills and human understanding - someone who excels in problem-solving, communication and teamwork.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Work on full life-cycle software development.
• Supporting diagnosis and correction of software issues experienced in the field.
• Participate in AGILE-based development.
• Participate in code reviews and regular team meetings.
• Liaise with System Test regarding progress of development tasks
