We’re looking for a Principal Software Engineer to help us shape the future of our digital experiences, both in-store and online. This is your chance to lead from the front. You’ll be at the heart of our engineering capability, defining the strategic technology vision for our retail platforms and working closely with product, architecture, and delivery teams to bring it to life. Whether it’s integrating tools like CommerceTools, Algolia, or Contentful, or mentoring senior engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality software, you’ll be driving the technology that powers millions of customer interactions across our global business.
We’re looking for someone who’s technically brilliant and strategically minded. You’ll bring deep experience in software engineering, with hands-on knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React or Vue, Node.js or Java, and Azure. You’ll know how to lead teams, shape roadmaps, and deliver complex solutions at scale. Just as importantly, you’ll be a strong communicator who can influence stakeholders, inspire engineers, and collaborate across disciplines to make things happen. Experience with retail platforms and multi-store environments is a big plus and if you’ve worked with modern commerce and content tools, even better.
