Our Industry leading WiFi team is hiring Principal Engineer to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA. In this role, you will drive the architecture, design, and development of cutting-edge, Enterprise / carrier-grade wireless access points, enabling enterprises and carriers to stay ahead of the rapidly growing demand for high-bandwidth applications.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Networking or Wireless and 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of WiFi access point (AP) architecture and WiFi standards.
  • Experience in guiding architectural and design changes in WiFi AP products.
  • Expertise in embedded systems, kernel, and device drivers.
  • Strong coding experience in C/C++, Python for embedded systems development.
  • Proven experience with SDK integration across multiple platforms with different vendors
  • Strong understanding of WiFi communication protocols (IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, 802.11ax, 802.11be ).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, pushing the boundaries of technology.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment.
