1.1. Lead and manage the implementation, delivery and operations of digital services, including ICT governance, budget management, application architecture and stakeholder engagement to achieve digital services transformation for the agency.
1.2. Provide experienced technical leadership and direction for digital services
1.3. Define application architecture framework for various components in the end-to-end digital solution and build architecture roadmap.
1.4. Review existing design and implement solutions for improvement from performance, security and usability perspective
1.5. Involved in procurement and vendor management.
1.6. Develop risk identification, quantification and mitigation plan.
1.7. Understand and ensure compliance with policies, standards, and guidelines in Infocomm Technology and Smart Systems Management defined by Singapore Government.
1.8. Prepare technical documentation and design, and conduct sharing sessions
1.9. Improve relevant work systems, processes and SOPs to achieve consistent results.
1.10. Good knowledge of next generation IT, such as cloud technology, IoT, data analytics, system architecture, etc
1.11. Work with Project Manager and clients to handle resources, scope, and schedule
1.12. Design Technology and Application architecture.
1.13. Convert system requirements into software architecture and design documentation.
1.14. Interface and coordinate tasks with Module Leaders to ensure all modules within the system are progressing as planned, and modules can be integrated smoothly.
1.15. Understand and determine clients’ requirements, expectations and design the technical infrastructure.
