Description

Product and Service Design: Builds the right products and services to deliver intended value to the customer and to meet the required business objectives. Makes decisions deeply rooted in customer insights (data-driven) and in understanding overall business goals. Develops high-quality code to meet technical requirements, such as scale, global delivery, and implementation across distributed systems, monitoring, serviceability, testability, debugging and maintenance. Builds the associated tests to validate the code both at the unit level and end-to-end level. Builds the correct tests and tools to validate that the code meets quality goals or service. Ensures that quality is maintained throughout the entire life of the product or service. Build a diverse team with capabilities needed to achieve current and future business objectives. Provide ongoing feedback that helps your direct reports improve their performance. Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field 8+ years of software design and development experiences Experience in people and project management with strong technical leadership Solid Experience driving architecture/design/implementation and delivery of great user experiences Experience with large scale services, distributed systems Experience with Linux and containers Excellent communication and cross team collaboration skill Excellent system design and problem-solving skills Experience optimizing automation, reliability, and monitoring of live services Passionate about user experience and user facing features Experience with cloud technologies (Azure/AWS/GCP) is considered a bonus
