Description

We are looking for fast-learning, highly motivated, creative and analytical Principal Software Engineer Manager. In this position, you will collaborate with other security engineering disciplines to plan, architect, design, implement, and validate security products and features. In addition to strong technical skills, you should have a passion for innovation and software quality. You must be comfortable with the fast-paced security industry by courageously exploring uncharted territories and thinking ahead of highly sophisticated attackers. You will be responsible for conducting investigations and investing in complex areas, designing and delivering features end to end - including system architecture, coding, deployment, scaling, performance, and quality from conception to delivery. Working closely with peers, partners, and building diverse and high-performing teams. Should have experience on Product strategy and driving business metrics Designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and maintainable services. Demonstrating strategic understanding of the timing and rationale for design choices within the scope of work. Consistently contributing key ideas to the product or service design and vision that meets customer needs. Applying metrics to drive the quality and stability of code. Having a sense of pride, commitment, and personal accountability for service quality, completeness, and resultant user experience throughout the product or service lifecycle. Working closely with a geographically distributed team, including Product Managers and developers, to drive key improvements in backend Engineering Systems. Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science Engineering, or an equivalent field. 15+ years of software development experience. 5+ years of experience in managing and building teams. Should have exp in Kubernetes, Microservices Architecture, Distributed and Scalable System, Secure Programming 3+ years in cloud solutions like Azure or AWS Strong problem-solving skills, along with excellent coding and debugging abilities. Good communication and cross-group collaboration skills. Prior expertise in platform components & services, cloud infrastructure-as-code (e.g. Azure, AWS etc.), aspects is a plus - Prior domain expertise in security or antimalware software is a plus.
