Description

In this role you will: Lead a team of software engineers to design and deliver software features of our services. Recruit, grow and retain software engineers. Full engagement in agile-based software development life cycle including DRI rotation. Constantly improve customer experience through quantitative service monitoring, alerting, and the use of data and operational dashboards . Embody our culture and values Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. 1+ year experience with people management: recruiting, technical leadership and mentorship, personal development, performance management, team building, vision, and roadmap creation. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Experience building and running a large service on Azure. Experience building complex and large-scale data systems
