Description
Architecting services for large scale and low latency requirements 2. Lead and scale a team of 8-10 high-performing software engineers. Hire, mentor, coach, and retain top technical talent. Provide hands-on technical leadership in architecture, design, development, code reviews, and quality assurance. Ensure operational excellence and live-site reliability. Own and evolve large-scale authorization systems with a focus on security and resiliency. Partner with Product Management to deliver short-term goals and long-term business objectives. Foster an inclusive, healthy, and high-trust team culture. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 12+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience designing, building, and operating scalable, highly available cloud services or distributed systems on platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, or comparable cloud environments, with production ownership and CI/CD pipeline integration. 2+ years of experience managing software engineering teams, including responsibility for hiring, performance management, and career development.
