Establish best practices for performance, reliability, and compliance. Enable efficient advertising workflows powered by AI and agentic solutions. Manage execution, prioritize resources, and align with business goals. Collaborate with senior leaders to shape product vision and technical investments. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python 6+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles. Proven track record in managing engineering teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutions. Proficient architectural skills for distributed systems. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 12+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. Expertise in Azure. 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles. Experience with advertising platforms and large-scale data models. Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and enterprise integration patterns. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
