Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python 4+ years of people management and 3+ years of engineering experience. Solid servant leadership skills and passion for supporting and developing people, with proven experience recruiting, hiring, coaching and defining growth paths for engineering teams. Great communication with the ability to consider others' ideas, implement new methods, surface and resolve disagreements and empathize with users without breaking a sweat. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 12+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. 4+ years people management experience. Experience in software development in enterprise or high-compliance fields. Experience with cross-functional product teams.
