Job purpose: Design and lead testing strategies for AI-driven software systems in automotive environments. This role is critical to ensuring the performance, reliability, and safety of intelligent vehicle technologies through rigorous validation and cross-functional collaboration Key Accountabilities: Automated Testing Frameworks: Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks to validate AI-driven automotive software systems across simulation, prototype, and vehicle-level environments. End-to-End Validation Leadership: Lead testing activities from simulation through prototype and vehicle-level validation, ensuring comprehensive coverage and system reliability. Standards Compliance: Ensure all testing processes and deliverables comply with industry standards such as ISO, supporting safety and quality assurance. Team Mentorship & QA Oversight: Mentor test engineers and oversee quality assurance processes, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. Technology Evaluation: Continuously assess and adopt emerging tools and technologies to enhance application performance, usability, and testing efficiency. Development Operations Support: Support version control, configuration management, and deployment workflows to maintain consistency, traceability, and operational readiness across development cycles Qualifications, skills and experience: Education: achelor s Degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering Minimum Experience: 8+ years in automotive software testing Other Job-Specific Skills: Basic understanding of data pipelines and analytics tools used in automotive software validation. Hands-on experience with industry-standard testing and measurement tools such as dSPACE, CANoe, CANape, DIVA, and Open Test. Proficiency in scripting languages including JAVASCRIPT, Python, and CAPL for test automation and diagnostics. ISTQB or IREB certification preferred, demonstrating formal training in software testing and requirements engineering. Strong knowledge of test coverage analysis and defect tracking metrics to support continuous improvement. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly across teams. Proven ability to manage time effectively, clarify responsibilities, and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams. Demonstrated innovation and problem-solving capabilities in complex technical environments.
