PRINCIPAL SOLICITOR VI – NSW TRUSTEE AND GUARDIAN

  • Ongoing full-time opportunity. 35 hours per week.
  • Location: Sydney. Hybrid and flexible working options available.
  • Legal Officer Grade VI. Base salary $165,865 p.a. to$169,359 p.a. plus superannuation and annual leave loading.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is required to deliver high-quality commercial legal advice, with a particular emphasis on contract law, to NSW Trustee and Guardian and its customers. By serving as the main source of expertise in commercial legal matters, the incumbent ensures that both the organisation and its customers are well-informed and compliant with relevant laws and regulations, thereby supporting effective decision-making and risk management. In addition, the role oversees a team responsible for the property legal and conveyancing requirements of our customer.
