Real Dreams and Associates is looking for a Principal Solicitor to lead its practice on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified legal professional who is passionate about leadership, compliance, and high-quality client outcomes.
We are seeking a qualified Principal Solicitor who holds a current Principal of a Law Practice certificate from the NSW Law Society. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising recently admitted solicitors holding an Employee of a Law Practice certificate, and mentoring law students.

REQUIREMENTS

• Current Principal of a Law Practice certificate issued by the Law Society of NSW (essential).
• Strong knowledge of Australian law, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to mentor junior solicitors and aspiring solicitors.
• Commitment to ethical practice and professional excellence.

• Oversee the firm’s legal practice and ensure compliance with NSW Law Society requirements.
• Mentor, and support junior solicitors and administrative staff.
• Advise on professional standards, policies, and procedures.
