WHAT YOU’LL DO AT JAMF:

The Principal Solution Architect (AI) is a visionary technical leader responsible for defining and executing Jamf’s enterprise-wide AI and automation strategy. This role operates at the highest level of architectural leadership, guiding the organization through the adoption and integration of advanced AI technologies. The Principal Architect collaborates with executive stakeholders to align AI initiatives with strategic business goals, oversees the development of complex AI systems, and ensures scalable, ethical, and secure implementation across all business units.
In addition to leading AI strategy, development, and implementation, this role mentors senior architects, evaluates emerging technologies, and drives innovation through cross-functional leadership. The Principal Architect plays a critical role in shaping Jamf’s future through intelligent automation, machine learning, and data-driven transformation.

GENERAL IT ARCHITECTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own tools, systems, and platforms, contributing to their strategic direction.
  • Maintain knowledge of Jamf’s product line and its integration with internal systems.
  • Engage with business unit leaders to design and deliver innovative IT solutions.
  • Prioritize and communicate major IT projects and their business impact.
  • Present story-driven demonstrations aligned with business value and solution differentiation.
  • Coordinate with Information Security, Compliance, and Business Operations teams to meet requirements.
  • Mentor IT team members and promote continuous learning and development.
