• Lead cross-functional architecture reviews and define enterprise-level solutions.
• Act as the solution lead on high-impact initiatives across infrastructure, cloud, integration, and application domains.
• Guide teams through SDLC, including Agile/DevOps environments, proof-of-concept designs, and delivery oversight.
• Architect robust, scalable systems across domains such as:
• Middleware / Microservices
• Cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes)
• Data pipelines / streaming (Kafka)
• Security and DevSecOps
• Translate business needs into architectural models using tools like Draw.io, Visio, or ArchiMate.
• Lead by example: mentor, coach, and encourage team spirit and innovation

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 3+ years as a Solution/Enterprise Architect.
• Demonstrated success in architecting enterprise-grade systems in healthcare payor or provider environments.
• Deep expertise in at least 2 of these domains: Programming, Database/Analytics, Integration/Middleware, Infrastructure/Cloud, Security.
• Experience with visual modeling tools (e.g., UML, ArchiMate, Lucidchart).
• Strong soft skills: proactive communicator, mentor, team builder, consultative mindset.
• Architect certification preferred (TOGAF, Open CA).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
