Job Title Principal Specialist - Information Security What You’ll Do Build Community & Culture: Lead the payments Bangalore Security Office and Security Community, fostering collaboration and promoting security awareness. Embed Security in Development: Partner with architects and engineering teams to integrate security into the SDLC, covering activities like threat modeling, penetration testing, secure code reviews, and automated scanning. Lead Security Governance: Drive PCI DSS compliance and enforce Amadeus Security Requirements across Bangalore-based Payment products. Manage Risk Proactively: Maintain and reduce risks in the security register, ensure timely vulnerability remediation, and track APPSEC PTRs. Own Operational Security: Oversee SecOps activities including SIEM monitoring, Imperva/FIM alerting, AUD and vulnerability management. Be the Incident Response Champion: Act as the Bangalore entry point for payment security incidents and coordinate with GSOC and Nice Security Office. What’s In It For You? Knowledge of PCI DSS and secure development practices (SDL). Expertise in cloud security, DevSecOps, and secure coding principles (credential management, cryptography best practices, authentication and authorization, encryption at rest and in transit, ...). Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders including senior management. Excellent communication skills for internal and external engagement. Preferred: 3+ years in Information Security roles. Experience in payment systems or fintech environments. Experience in OBE and/or CNA Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH.
