Job Description Hands on experience is SAP, able to handle intra group import procurement Responsible of conversion of PR- PO within 48 Hours Responsible for delivery punctuality Able to solve issues related to Quality ,Goods Receipt , BL , Invoice deviation , IDPMS etc Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, coordinating with logistics for timely delivery Reconcile invoices with the accounts department Updating of info Record , source list in SAP Submission of MIS as and when required Knowledge of ERP software (e.g., SAP) and MS Office (Excel) is often required. Adherence to company policy and compliance Research, identify, and evaluate potential vendors; maintain relationships with existing suppliers to ensure reliability. Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards Qualifications Experience - Min 8 Years Education - Bachelor in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Additional Information Location - Hinjewadi Note : We prefer candidate who is working in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical manufacturing MNC Notice Period should be maximum 45 days Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
