Principal Specialist Company:** TEMENOS INDIA PRIVATE LTD Job Summary As a Principal Specialist at TEMENOS INDIA PRIVATE LTD, you will be a key contributor to ensuring the highest standards of quality across our systems and processes. You will leverage your expertise in data management, IT testing, and quality assurance methodologies to drive continuous improvement and uphold regulatory compliance. Job Responsibilities * Lead and execute comprehensive data collection and analysis initiatives to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement. * Develop and implement robust data management strategies, with a strong focus on quality assurance and data integrity. * Oversee and perform rigorous IT testing, including the creation and verification of test requirements, to ensure software and system functionality. * Contribute to the development, review, and enforcement of company policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. * Support procurement quality management processes, ensuring that third-party services and products meet established quality benchmarks. * Drive project quality management activities, establishing and monitoring quality gates throughout the project lifecycle. * Champion the adoption and adherence to various QA methodologies, continually seeking opportunities to optimize quality processes. * Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS). * Facilitate the creation and verification of detailed requirements for various projects and initiatives. * Prepare and present insightful review and reporting documents on quality performance, test results, and compliance status. * Utilize and optimize systems and tools for information management and quality assurance to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. * Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to data quality, system performance, and regulatory compliance. * Mentor junior team members on best practices in data collection, analysis, and quality assurance. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality processes throughout the organization. Job Qualifications * Proven experience in Data Collection and Analysis, with a strong ability to interpret complex datasets. * Demonstrable expertise in Data Management, specifically in Quality Assurance principles and practices. * Extensive experience in IT Testing, including test planning, execution, and defect management. * Strong capabilities in Planning and Organizing, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. * In-depth understanding of Policy and Procedures, and their application in a corporate environment. * Familiarity with Policy and Regulation relevant to the financial technology industry. * Experience with Procurement Quality Management. * Solid background in Project Quality Management. * Expertise in various QA Methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum). * Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS). * Proficiency in Requirements Creation and Verification. * Excellent skills in Review and Reporting, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely. * Proficient in utilizing Systems and Tools for Information Management. * Experienced in employing Systems and Tools for Quality Assurance. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance or Project Management are a plus.
