Would you like the opportunity to work as a part of a progressive, patient focused pharmacy aseptic service?
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive individual to join our team. The team at Sheffield Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust comprises of approximately 500 pharmacy staff working across five sites and is one of the biggest pharmacy departments in the country.
The post holder will participate in the provision and maintenance of a comprehensive pharmaceutical service as part of the flexible working team in line with the current policies and procedures for Sheffield Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

Be responsible for stock maintenance and control including ordering and sourcing alternatives for out of stocks.
Be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of Aseptic -based Pharmacy Support Workers. Create and implement rotas or similar for allocation of staffing resource.
Assist the management team with managing attendance procedures including welcome back to work meetings and conduct selected annual staff appraisals, delivering feedback, and setting development objectives.
Uphold the Trust PROUD standards. Creating and demonstrating a positive and constructive environment within the Department.
