PRINCIPAL STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGER | ENTERPRISE

Join Epicor as a Strategic Account Manager! This individual will work strategically with our largest Enterprise customers in the Manufacturing ERP space. T hey are responsible for establishing , nurturing, and expanding valuable relationships with influencers, executives, and decision-makers targeting Cloud Migration opportunities. L everaging executive-level selling and relationship building to m igrate Epicor’s largest manufacturing customers from On-Premise to Cloud environments, positioning Epicor as the technology solution of choice .

Responsibilities
  • The ideal candidate will be a superb relationship builder, and an intellectually curious individual who can develop trust across the sales ecosystem and across multiple lines of business with our customers (finance, operations, procurement, IT, risk). The candidate must be able to prioritize deal engagement to deliver maximum success across large enterprise accounts.
  • Scaling Epicor’s Cloud enterprise business by d evelop effective and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth.
  • Lead designated accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and cloud migration sales cycles while also p roviding timely and reliable insight into current quarter forecast and multi-quarter business health.
  • Develop and publish comprehensive Joint Execution Plans (JEP) to address customers priorities and pain points. Leverage Epicor’s value-added programs including Value Exchange Workshops and Business Acceleration Workshops.
  • Contribute as part of a small, specialized team of cloud soluti on sellers who are dedicated to the growth of Epicor’s cloud enterprise business. This includes p artnering closely with Epicor consulting partners and impact teams to build and execute sales plays and activities.
  • Achieve / exceed quota targets (new Cloud Migration bookin gs), as per Demand Generation, Pipeline and Opportunity Management.
  • Learn, understand, and act as ambassador of Epicor cloud enterprise migration solutions with customers, prospects, and partners.
  • Establishing and Expanding C-Level Relationships and ensuring Epicor Executives are aligned at the right level.
  • T ravel, as necessary (>50%). This a Remote position with assigned accounts, so candidates may be located anywhere in the US.
