Doing work – delivering innovative design solutions for new bridge design and bridge rehabilitations using current design standards and guidelines by drawing on a range of structural skills
Providing leadership on matters of bridge engineering practice, including codes and standards, calculations, and construction drawings. Establishing processes, procedures and systems to enable the team’s efficient production of consistent and high-quality deliverables.
Coordinating with other internal bridge and structural team leads in the business to share best practices, lessons learned, and to contribute to a strong technical excellence culture.
Motivating colleagues to achieve their goals and objectives, and providing constructive feedback to help them improve
