You will collaborate across teams to resolve dependencies and raise the bar for performance and reliability.  You will:  * Own module design, API contracts, and backward compatibility for system interfaces  * Improve test automation, code coverage, and release health metrics * Optimize runtime performance and troubleshoot production incidents  * Provide technical leadership through pairing, reviews, and knowledge sharing   Take the first step towards your dream career  Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:  Essential Requirements  * 8+ years of related experience  * Ability to deliver resilient, maintainable system modules in enterprise environments * Strong CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices for platform code * Experience implementing safety, security, and compliance requirements in code * Clear communication of trade-offs and technical decisions   Desirable Requirements  * Bachelor's degree  * Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or equivalent platform certification    Compensation Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
