Description
Basic Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical field · 10+ years of systems engineering experience in avionics or safety-critical embedded systems · Experience applying Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles · Experience developing system architecture models using SysML (e.g., Cameo, Rhapsody, or similar tools) · Demonstrated experience developing and managing requirements including traceability and verification · Experience authoring system/subsystem design documentation that drives software implementation · Experience developing and executing system-level and HIL test procedures · Strong understanding of requirements verification and validation processes · Experience troubleshooting integrated HW/SW systems in a lab environment · Solid understanding of configuration management principles · Strong technical writing and documentation skills · Ability to work onsite 100% · Ability to travel 25% Preferred / Additional Skills · Experience using Agile methodologies · Experience designing and architecting avionics systems · Experience as a lead engineer · Proficient with Atlassian Tools (Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket, etc.) · Experience in DO-178C / DO-254 or other safety-critical development environments · Experience supporting certification efforts · Experience with MIL-ACAS, CAPS/SKE systems Sound Exciting?
