Cadent Sourcing has partnered with one of Ireland’s fastest growing Unified Communications businesses. We are seeking a Principal Systems Engineer, to Lead, Manager and Develop the company’s Infrastructure.
The role will evolve in time into Chief Technology Officer (CTO), but remain as a hands on member of the Tech team.

• Design, deploy, monitor, and maintain robust Linux-based infrastructure across colocation data centres and AWS cloud environments.
• Work closely with the CEO to deliver a top class service to customers.
• Be driver in the success of the overall business
• Monitor and Optimise Infrastructure via observation tools
• Provide leadership and guidance to a small team of engineers
• Lead process improvement where relevant
• Ensure best practices security levels
