Job Description – DWP Principal Tech Architect (DaaS & Workplace offerings)

• Proficient in end-to-end solutioning for Digital workplace covering all the technologies related to end users.
• Aware of global trends in the workplace area and able to build strategy around digital workplace offerings.
• Primary focus on Modern Management, Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Mobile Device Management, DaaS, Field Services, DEX, Print Management Solutions, Remote support services & M365 services (Sharepoint, Email, Onedrive etc.,)
• Expertise on DaaS solution covering procurement to device disposal strategies
• Experience working with multiple Hardware OEMs
• Expertise in migration of legacy device management solution to modern management (Intune)
• Expertise in solutioning VDI technologies – on prem and cloud based (Azure AVD, Cloud PC etc.,)
• Expertise in analysis and solutioning of Onsite support services/field Services operations and application of technology levers to optimize the solution
• Expertise in DeX and overall value propositions leveraging multiple tools used in the industry (Nexthink, Systrack, Aternity etc.,)
• Strong hands on experience in creating tailored proposals for clients in response to RFPs and building a solution/artefacts for submission
• Expertise in estimating efforts for end to end digital workplace solutions – including estimating effort based on deal size
• Expertise in building operating models for delivery
• Competent in Presenting the solution to potential global clients
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Application Packaging, App Virtualization, Compatibility Testing and Remediation
• Print Management Solution
• Mobile Device Management (Intune, Airwatch etc..,)
• Mobile Device Management (SOTI, XenMobile, MaaS360, MobileIron, Centrify, Good, etc.
• Migration from legacy systems to MS Intune
• VDI, Virtual Desktop as a Services ( VDaaS ) – VDI on Cloud
• Migration projects related to Sharepoint, O365,
• Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, Yammer, Skype for Business, Sharepoint, O365 (Email and Collaboration)
• Goto Rescue; Goto Live lens
