Description

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE OF THE PRINICPAL TECHNICAL LEAD:

Proven experience being a respected expert with outstanding technical contributions in IT system design and delivery
The ability to establish high performing multi-disciplinary teams
Previous experience technically leading a team performing complex engineer/technical assignments
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders
Experience with VMware or virtualisation, Microsoft, AD and the ability to refine High level Designs

This role is 37 hours per week based at Malvern with hybrid working patterns available.

THE ROLE:

As a Principal IT Technical Lead you will provide technical leadership in complex and technically challenging delivery being an integral player within the delivery teams.
Day-to-day, you will be creating the right environment leading project teams to deliver complex solutions providing technical leadership within delivery.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Leading project teams to deliver complex solutions using best practices with the ability to forge strong collaborative working relationships developing great solutions
Providing technical leadership for programme, project and bidding activities
Developing network and IT staff in there technical disciplines whilst supporting resourcing decisions
The responsibility of developing design certifications, technical delivery plans, high level documentation, design documentation, testing schedules , technical roadmaps, supporting business development and experimental plans
Contributing towards the development of the company’s strategic intent
Coaching leaders and teams in new engineering processes and mind-sets
