Lead and coordinate high-impact operational programs, drive key projects to successful completion, and track KPIs that support the strategic goals of our engineering center. As both a program manager and chief of staff, you will coordinate complex projects, monitor performance against key metrics, and champion operational excellence within our world-class engineering team. This role involves non-routine, highly complex work requiring advanced technical and business skills.
