SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognized/certified University in a related discipline and 3 years post-related experience OR exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate’s particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCI Agency, that is, at least 5 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post;
• ITIL Foundation certification;
• In depth technical knowledge of Servers Core Services (Windows and Linux), Functional Services, Databases (SQL, ORACLE), VMWare Environment.

• Investigating, defining and resolving technical issues;
• Assisting in: designing requirements, analyzing associated risks, advising on technical solutions;
• Installing, operating, managing and maintaining assigned CORE and Functional System software, Databases and other Applications (COTS) and staying abreast of latest developments in these areas.
