SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 3 years post-related experience OR a secondary educational qualification with 5 years post-related experience;
• 3 years of practical experience in performing change requests from initiation to closure while engaging with relevant process owners and stakeholders;
• ITIL v3/v4 Foundation Certification.

• Providing status reports for implemented IT service changes to senior management;
• Using standard techniques to elicit, specify, and document requirements for simple subject areas with clearly defined boundaries;
• Undertaking basic risk management activities.
