JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Principal Technology Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cutting-edge IT solutions that enhance organizational efficiency, security, and collaboration. This role combines expertise in monitoring and analytics, automation, knowledge management, incident and change management, and AI integration. Leveraging advanced Microsoft 365 E5 tools and other technologies, the Principal Engineer will drive innovation, operational excellence, and knowledge sharing across the enterprise.

KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT

  • Implement workflows in Power Automate to streamline updating, reviewing, and approving knowledge assets.
  • Develop centralized knowledge repositories using SharePoint and Viva Topics.
  • Organize IT documentation and SOPs for easy retrieval and version control.
  • Monitor and improve usage of knowledge repositories to enhance accessibility.
  • Create user satisfaction with knowledge repositories and AI-driven solutions.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven 10+ years of experience across IT operations, monitoring, and automation.
  • Certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure AI, ITIL, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
  • Experience with integrating AI solutions at enterprise scale.
  • In-depth understanding of uptime and reliability of IT systems and automation workflows.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 E5 tools, including Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Topics, Sentinel, and Graph API.
  • Strong scripting skills with PowerShell and Python.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes for incident and change management.
  • Proficiency in AI/ML development, Azure AI, and Machine Learning integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
