Job Description Lead and deliver complex traffic engineering, transport planning, and mobility projects, providing technical oversight and ensuring high-quality outcomes. Conduct and review traffic impact assessments, transport modelling, intersection analysis, and road network performance studies. Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful project delivery. Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and leading technical presentations and workshops. Mentor and guide engineers and transport planners, providing technical leadership, quality assurance, and team development support. Support business growth through proposal preparation, client engagement, strategic planning, and the identification of new project opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred). 10–15+ years of experience in traffic engineering, transport planning, or transportation infrastructure consulting. Professional accreditation such as Chartered Engineer (CEng), Professional Engineer (PE), or equivalent professional registration. Proven expertise in traffic impact assessments, transport modelling, junction/intersection analysis, and project leadership, with proficiency in tools such as SIDRA, VISUM, VISSIM, or Aimsun.
