Responsibilities Own and drive the overall UI art direction and vision for casual mobile games, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with the game’s visual style. Define and implement the visual direction of UI, maintaining a cohesive and high-quality look that enhances player engagement. Design, prototype, and iterate on interfaces, layouts, menus, HUDs, pop-ups, and onboarding experiences — balancing aesthetics and usability. Create high-quality UI assets, including icons, buttons, panels, and frames that are visually cohesive, optimized for mobile, and supportive of gameplay, events, and monetization features. Collaborate closely with UI Artist, Game Designers, and Engineers to ensure seamless integration in the game. Establish and maintain UI art pipelines, guidelines, and component/asset libraries to streamline production and ensure consistent quality. Mentor and guide UI artists, providing creative direction, feedback, and training to foster growth. Stay updated on UI trends and reference top-performing casual games to identify best practices and continuously elevate visual quality and player experience. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design or UI for digital products. Strong portfolio in graphic or UI design and asset creation. Excellent skills in visual hierarchy, color, layout, typography, and composition. Logical and structured thinking to translate complex ideas into clear visuals. Ability to analyze top games and apply effective UI/UX patterns to improve player engagement. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent. Strong collaboration and communication skills across art, design, and engineering teams. Detail-oriented with consistency and problem-solving in design execution.
