Working in the Strategy and Planning team, you will be developing the Asset Management Plan (AMP) based on the expectations of our servicing strategies, wastewater networks performance and the network discharge consent, responding to change as required. This will involve developing our wastewater network servicing plans and supporting the delivery of the AMP, delivering the pre-feasibility phases and providing technical support input. You will be ensuring that Watercare are delivering infrastructure/service delivery outcomes that meet business, community, mana whenua, stakeholder and operational expectations. Ngā pūkenga e rapu nei mātou | About you To be successful in this role you CPEng qualified, and are a technical leader who has excellent communication skills. You have the ability to collaborate and build relationships with wide ranging stakeholders. Your background will include: Degree qualified (likely civil, mechanical or process engineering). 10 plus years relevant technical experience. Chartered with a recognised local or international engineering agency. Experience working in an infrastructure planning department. Operations experience. Network design and network modelling experience. Experience in water treatment plants is an advantage although not essential. Only CPEng qualified engineers will be considered.
