Description

Architect and develops ICs that meet product requirements. Provide technical leadership to junior engineers, including mentoring, guidance, and technical oversight Responsible for the quality of custom layout, including overseeing the work of layout designers. A Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering,microelectronic, or comparable with focus on electronic 10+ years of experience in analog IC design with proven track recordof delivering high performance DC-DC converter Power IC solutions. Strong understanding of high voltage BCD processes. Familiarity with high-efficiency power conversion, such as DC DCconverters, is highly desirable Expertise in DC-DC converters ICs for buck or boost or buck-boost andone of the topologies like Peak current mode, COT. Comfortable making complex technical judgements at the chip level that involve trade-offs in risk, area, power, schedule and performance. Experience in chip level simulation strategies that make a rational balance between schedule and risk. Experience with end-to-end design flow from product definition tohigh volume manufacturing including support of production test, applications validation and manufacturing problem solving.
