  • Completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration or a comparable education in the IT field.
  • Solid professional experience in Service Delivery Management, Service Management or IT project management.
  • Good knowledge of IT service management processes, ideally with ITIL 4 or ISO 20000.
  • Experience in dealing with enterprise customers and complex IT infrastructures or cloud environments.
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented work style.
  • Strong customer focus and confident demeanor at both specialist and management levels.
  • Excellent communication, moderation, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
