Role Summary The Sales Operations role is a strategic partner to the sales organization, responsible for driving operational excellence, improving forecasting accuracy, and enabling scalable processes. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Forecasting Lead quarterly and annual forecasting processes Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for business planning Ensure alignment between sales strategy and operational execution Pipeline & Performance Management Oversee pipeline health and implement best practices for data integrity Monitor sales performance metrics and develop improvement plans Manage quota setting and credit allocation for complex sales structures Process Optimization Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency Drive automation and adoption of CRM and BI tools Establish governance for sales operations policies and compliance Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Operations to support business initiatives Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership on operational matters Lead enablement programs to improve sales productivity Reporting & Analytics Deliver executive-level dashboards and reports Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making Own data accuracy and integrity across systems Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related roles Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and BI tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders Excellent communication and presentation skills Business-level English proficiency; additional language skills are a plus Evaluation Criteria Strategic thinking and ability to translate data into business insights Leadership and stakeholder management Operational excellence and process innovation Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities Life at PTC is about more than working with today’s most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
