Our capable development team has built a powerful suite of tools that give us a competitive edge. Now, we are seeking a visionary technical architect to elevate our systems to the next level. As our new Lead Engineer, you will act as the chief architect, responsible for ensuring all our systems communicate seamlessly and are built for the future. While mentoring our talented team, your primary focus will be on high-level system design and pioneering AI solutions that leverage our rich data foundation. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS)

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with a proven track record of building and deploying full-stack applications.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership, mentorship, or architect role.
• Demonstrable experience integrating and building solutions with AI/ML technologies, especially using APIs for major Large Language Models (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic).
• Expertise in system design and architecture, with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Strong proficiency in a modern web stack (e.g., Python/Django/Flask, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate a complex technical strategy to both engineers and non-technical business stakeholders.
• A pragmatic and product-oriented mindset, with a passion for solving real-world problems.

BONUS POINTS (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS)

• Experience in the Real Estate or PropTech industry.
• Hands-on experience building an end-to-end AI/ML application from proof-of-concept to production.
• Experience with a major cloud platform (we use Google Cloud, but AWS/Azure experience is welcome).
• A portfolio of projects (e.g., GitHub) that showcases your skills and passion for technology and AI.
