Summary: The Print Center Specialist shall provide expertise in print production systems and processes and possess invention, imagination, and originality knowledge.   The Print Center Specialist supports US Air Force and reports to the Project Manager. This position is 100% on-site.   Duties and Responsibilities:  * Serve as Level II Print Center Specialist for the print center production. * Work in concert with the Print Center Lead and Graphic Designers.  * Manage and control print production workflow and customers’ expectations. * Manage and distribute digital signage and connect with our audiences using live or on-demand video communications. * Consult with clients/customers to clarify graphic products/services available to meet the customers’ graphic needs.   * Responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and delivering impactful and innovative designs and solutions, as well as maintaining visual appearance for a wide variety of activities. * Complete company and customer required training, as required. * Complete timesheet daily in online system according to company policies and procedures. * Ability to travel up to 10% as required. * Other duties as assigned.   Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)  * Associate degree in a related field * 8+ years of working experience in the field of large-format print production or related field * Interim secret clearance required to start   Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance within 6 months of hire. * Possess basic computer skills and be able to perform, but not limited to, the following tasks: operate a computer, use email daily, record time and materials in VIOS, conduct online research, create and use Excel spreadsheets, create and process travel expense reports, and conduct mandatory/annual online training as required. * Knowledge of multimedia production tools and methodology and a strong technical aptitude to learn new software and hardware quickly. * Excellent interpersonal skills are required to work and interface with customers, coworkers, and management. * Knowledgeable of print center equipment and materials. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to pass a health check and gain approval for wearing a respirator. * Possess strong time management skills with the ability to multitask. * Ability to provide support services outside of normal duty hours. * Ability to travel up to 10% as required.   Physical Demands: (The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
