REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
· Strong diligence.
· Able to understand and follow clear work instructions.
· Effective communication skills, both verbal & written.
· Ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team.
· Flexible approach and able to use own initiative when required.
· Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict delivery deadlines.
· Experience within a quality / inspection environment is desired.
· Preferred 1 years’ experience working in quality / inspection.
We have an opportunity for a Print Finishing Operator to join our team to ensure the quality of all orders to our customers.
Working in collaboration with the whole Production team, this role requires the ability to deliver a high standard of work on a consistent basis ensuring all goods inspected and rewound to the exact order requirements. Diligence is paramount for this role to ensure we achieve the exacting requirements of our growing customer base.
Suitable time management & prioritisation is essential as well as the ability to think on your feet - every day is challenging. The ability to identify solutions quickly and effectively and be client-driven is essential.
Employees daily responsibilities, include but not limited to –
· Product inspection checks.
· Stock management within the team.
· Packing products for delivery to customers.
· Basic administrative work including data entry.
The role is a full-time permanent position working on site with a competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, Working a 40-hour week on a double day shift Monday to Friday. Early shift 6am – 2pm, late shift 2pm to 11pm Monday to Thursday and 2pm – 6pm Fridays.
