Warners (Midlands) Plc are a family run high quality magazine and brochure printers who are looking to recruit a Saddle Stitching Print Finishing Operator within our Bindery Department. We are seeking a self-motivated and determined individual who demonstrates a desire to work for a successful business within the Printing Industry. Due to our continued investment and expansion this position could provide an opportunity to develop a career in the print industry.

WHAT DO WE WANT?

We are looking for an individual to join our Bindery Department as a Saddle Stitching Operator. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate experience in operating saddle stitching equipment, preferably on Muller Martini machinery although this is not essential, along with a reliable and enthusiastic approach to their work. The role will primarily be working on our double day shift, Monday to Friday, on a basic 35 hours working week.

• Experience as Saddle Stitching Operator
• Preferred experience of Muller Martini equipment
• Keen eye for detail and a conscientious approach to work
• Reliable and flexible style of work in order to achieve production objectives.
• Sound interpersonal skills with the ability to work cohesively with colleague
