Job Title: Machine Operator
Reports to: Production Team Leader
Hours of work: 40Hrs – 48Hrs some flexibility is required.
Working Hours: 15:00 – 23:30 Monday - Friday
Rate of pay: £13.00 plus £10 per day shift allowance

Role: As a machine operator you will play a vital role within the team working on one of our cutting/print or binding machines You will be responsible for Safety, Quality, Productivity and Efficiency, ensuring products are produced to the standards set by the company, and that orders are shipped within the quoted Service Level Agreed (SLA). Responsibilities:
· Operate one of the machines used throughout the process, producing good quality products whilst reducing scrap.
· Working to the KPI set by the business.
· Following H&S standards.
· Working to the quality standards set by the company.
The above responsibilities will continue to evolve along with business growth.
The applicant:
Good Attention to detail.
Good understanding of the English langue (both verbal and written).
Experience as a machine operator (print experience would be an advantage however full training will be given).
Good approach to Health & Safety and able to follow company rules and procedures.
Need to be flexible with working hours.
Good team member
Able to follow instructions, both written and verbal
For some of the roles available on back shift the applicants needs to be available to train on day shift for 4-6 weeks whilst training.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: £24,420.00-£25,000.00 per year
