Salary: Competitive rates of pay offered based on experience
Hours: Alternating double day shift 6am-2pm / 1.45pm - 9pm (alternating weekly)

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our production process, setting up and operating our cutting-edge machines to deliver high-quality products that meet our customer’s exacting standards. You’ll work closely with our dedicated Production Shift Supervisors and Production Manager to hit targets, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvements in efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Efficient Machine Setup & Operation: Set up and operate machines with precision to ensure smooth and efficient production, all while maintaining top-tier quality.
• Minimise Downtime & Maximise Efficiency: Keep the machines running at their best, identifying and solving minor issues before they become problems.
• Waste Reduction: Help us use materials efficiently and reduce waste through careful monitoring and fine-tuning of machine settings. You’ll make a direct impact on our environmental and cost-efficiency goals!
• Top-Notch Quality Control: Make sure every product meets our strict quality standards. You’ll catch issues before they go down the line and help us consistently deliver excellence.
• Housekeeping & Organisation: Keep your workspace clean, organised, and running smoothly. You’ll ensure everything is in its right place and that our environment is always safe and tidy.
