ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Print Machine Operator to join our growing team. As an essential part of our operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of machinery, contributing directly to our production goals. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication skills, especially in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience operating machinery (preferably in a manufacturing or production setting) is an asset.
• Willingness to undergo on-site training to develop skills and knowledge specific to our equipment and processes.

• Machine Setup & Operation – Configure and adjust machines, ensuring proper tool size, screen alignment, and optimal printing conditions.
• Ink Preparation & Application – Mix and match inks according to approved color specifications, ensuring consistency across production runs.
• Screen & Equipment Maintenance – Clean, inspect, and maintain printing screens and machinery to ensure efficiency and longevity.
• Quality Assurance – Conduct inspections to verify cup dimensions, print clarity, color accuracy, and overall product quality.
• Production & Packaging – Monitor production output, organize printed cups, and prepare them for packaging and shipment.
