Overview We are seeking a Print/Mail Office Services Manager - Legal to join our team at IST Management Services in Denver, CO! Hourly Compensation: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour based on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. No nights or weekends! Responsibilities The Print/Mail Office Services Coordinator will manage the operations by supporting the on-site production print, mail and receiving operations for the location. Additional responsibilities include: Production Print - Deliver the highest quality printing in a timely manner Mail Operations - Sort incoming mail and handle according to established procedures Shipping/Receiving Services – Receive and send overnight packages Customer Service - Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment Reporting - Capture volumes on a daily basis, review monthly billing and confirm accuracy of monthly report Maintain effective written and oral communications with clients and employees Qualifications Ideal candidates must have excellent, professional verbal and written communication skills.
