Role: Temp to Perm
Hours: Full Time
Working Hours: 9am to 5pm (Monday to Friday, no weekends)

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Print & Operations Coordinator to look after the day-to-day running of our digital printing operations while supporting other aspects of the business. This is a varied role that requires a proactive and adaptable individual who thrives in a hands-on environment. We have recently invested in a second high end production digital printer, which is due to be delivered within the next few weeks. Full training from the manufacture will be given on site.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and mail
  • Carrying out administrative duties
  • Managing and updating our WooCommerce and WordPress websites
  • Overseeing print production, requiring an understanding of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Graphic design experience is an advantage
  • Pick and packing of orders using our in-house system when needed
  • Supporting general warehouse duties as part of the team
